- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of sales systems and processes
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and procedures is a plus
- Basic understanding of anatomy and medical terminology is beneficial
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for patient privacy is desirable
- Experience with medical billing or ophthalmology/optical industry is a bonus
