We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dispensary team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and guidance to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products. Your expertise in cannabis strains, consumption methods, and industry trends will help educate and inform customers, fostering a positive and comfortable experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining store appearance, inventory management, and complying with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences, needs, and desired effects.
- Educate customers on various strains, consumption methods, and product features to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays.
- Stay knowledgeable about current cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including age verification and product safety guidelines.
- Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in cannabis studies is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a cannabis dispensary or related industry.
- Strong knowledge and passion for cannabis strains, product types, and consumption methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with cannabis-related regulations and compliance standards.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and pass any required background checks.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
