Dispensary Receptionist - Cannabis Industry (Part Time)

Job Description

Sociable people with a multi-task handling ability for a Receptionist position in our recreational dispensary. The position is only for candidates 21 years or older. This role is available year-round and allows for both part-time and full-time employment with hourly compensation. You must have command of excellent written and vocal communication skills, as well as be proficient in computer applications. You must be ready to complete all required background checks and obtain necessary State certification.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every customer who enters the premises and ensure that everyone is properly registered in the POS software and other applications if necessary;
• Guide and inform customer on operating procedures of the store;
• Answer telephone calls and email inquiries in a timely manner;
• Ensure a clean and tidy reception area environment.

Qualifications:

• 21 years or older;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Computer and basic office equipment knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office products;
• Proven multi-task handling ability, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions; and
• Warm, inviting, and positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.75 per hour
