Dispatcher/Customer Service/Billingual

HONGYUAN Trucking INC is a fast-paced, friendly company which currently has one position open for Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. You could find yourself performing different roles related to Warehousing, Dispatching, Freight Booking, CS, and etc.

Job Requirements,

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
• Great experiences in Word and Excel.
• Customer service, dispatching and logistics experiences preferred.
• Able to be multitask.
• Must have legal status to work in US (GREEN CARD, CITIZEN).

Job Duties and Responsibilities are varied and may include,

• Coordinates and communicates daily on-demand services as needed.
• Arranging daily pick-up and delivery.
• Have ideas about Amazon shipping consolidations.
• Design and monitor the status of each outbound shipment.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records.
• Manage supporting documents.
• Must be able to create reports in excel.
• Build strong relationships with customers/vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience,

Dispatching or Freight Forwarding: 1 year Min.

Language,

Mandarin and English.
