Responsibilities:
- Answer multiple phone line system, text messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, G-Mail)
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
