```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule transportation/towing activities for disabled vehicles.
- Receive and process invoice orders and ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on roadside assistance status-and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize towing management systems (Dispatch Anywhere & Samsara ) to track and manage
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of towing activities
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Handle any issues or delays in towing vehicles and find appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with all towing regulations and safety standards
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a dispatching or logistics role preferred
- Familiarity with tow management systems (Dispatch Anywhere).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of fleet management principles and practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette
