Job Description:
The Bieg Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the performance of the customer service department and dispatch. You will represent our Company and it will be your responsibility to ensure that we are meeting our customers’ needs with integrity.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· You will work with the Projects department/Dispatch department to facilitate technician progress throughout the day.
· You will ensure the coordinators/dispatch communicate critical job information to relevant stakeholders.
· You will answer the telephone (answer/process incoming telephone calls, transfer, take and send messages)
· You will Create/Maintain Customer/Work order information.
· You will work directly with the customer to resolve complaints or issues that may require individualized solutions and take pride in building relationships with those customers.
· You take pride in communicating professionally and courteously, forming genuine connections.
· You work with the highest levels of efficiency and plan out strategically which technician would be best fit for the job.
· You will issue purchase orders.
· You are flexible and look forward to the opportunity to work with the customer to find a balance between their available time and the workload of our technicians.
· You will be responsible for managing commercial/residential invoicing to ensure that customers are billed accurately and on time.
· You will oversee the distribution of received parts and materials required for scheduled work.
· You will ensure that coordinators/dispatch are communicating primary job information, job history, and other valuable details regarding the call to the technician before they arrive at the
service location. You are determined to give the customer and the technician the best experience possible by ensuring technicians are adequately prepared for the job.
· You work diligently to maximize efficiency and productivity with a problem-solving mindset. Expectations, requirements, and job specifications will change frequently, but your inquisitive attitude makes you eager to take on any challenges thrown your way.
· You will demonstrate the ability to potentially move into a leadership role with direct reports.
Qualifications:
· Associates degree or 2 years of relevant experience
· 2 years of Management Experience
· 4 years of Customer Service Experience
· Task management experiences, such as planning, testing, tracking, and reporting
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
· Skilled in conflict resolution
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills
· Strategic thinker
· Example of ownership in action
Minimum Time Commitment to the Position:
· 3 years. You are committed to building and maintaining relationships in the industry, and you recognize that this requires commitment.
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Pay: $ 22- $24/hr
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
· After hours as needed
