Responsibilities
- Update and maintain schedule board with all sold jobs, communicate schedulingissues with other departments including sales.
- Review sold jobs throughout the day and schedule these urgently.
- Collect job deposits and final payments.
- Schedule inspections with customers and the appropriate inspectiondepartment.
- Pull job permits as needed.
- Check paperwork and timecards from the previous days job, and schedule any punchlists or uncompleted items.
- Ensure installers are clocked in, dispatched, and arrive daily to jobs
- Ensure installers close each job at the end of the day and complete the requiredforms.
- Schedule salesmen to be at the inspections for their sold jobs.
- Make sure that all jobs have permits and that the inspections are called in timely.
- Create all job packets.
- Purchase equipment and schedule internal and external subcontractors; afive-day lead-time should be maintained.
- Purchase special orders, materials, etc by 10:00 am.
- Know whereabouts and progress of the crew daily.
- Return customer calls promptly, resolving open issues in afast/efficient manner, etc.
- Process extended warranties and customer rebates.
- Process financing paperwork, customer deposits, and final payment for jobs.
- Customer deposits and/or financing secured before equipment is ordered andjob scheduled.
- Coordinate with vendors as needed regarding returns, warranty, delivery, etc.
- Coordinate van service and repairs with the fleet supervisor.
- Coordinate scheduling for Service Technician labor 5 days before the project withService Dispatcher.
- Return overage stock to vendors, write PO, and have material set out for pick upby vendor.
- Complete paperwork for job costing, orders received, etc and send toAccounting.
- Schedule layouts and update layout & design schedules, coordinate withForeman/Installation Manager
- Booking jobs as needed.
- Coordinating distribution of parts.
- Ensure electricians are on time, and dispatched to the job.
- Dispatch electricians, one call at a time.
- Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as received.
- Route, review, and assign service calls.
- Maintain the Dispatch Board and tech assignments.
- Contact customers with a Parts Pending status as parts are received for scheduling.
- Maintain daily goals for tech sales maintenance.
- Update customer files as information is received from installation. (Extended Warranties,equipment info, new customers, magic items, etc.)
- Maintain an on-call schedule, including 1st on-call and standby electrician.
- Debrief with techs after each call.
- Review work tickets, invoices, and service call payments for accuracy and batch daily.
- Review of unassigned/on-hold work daily.
- Assist with trade shows and community activities as needed.
- Schedule non-jobs, time off, meetings, trainings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job requirements
- Successful completion of a drug screening test
- Clean background check
- Ideally, 3 years of Customer Service Experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
