We are looking for a Dispatch Administrator in the Charleston, SC area preferably with high volume transportation scheduling experience and B2B customer facing experience. The qualified candidate will manage incoming requests from our customers and schedule a team of 20+ local drivers (passenger vehicles only, not CDL drivers), Lead Van Drivers and perform daily payroll/billing functions.

- Experience supervising 20 or more hourly drivers
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Experienced in attending client meetings and interacting with B2B customers on-site and on the phone
- Ability to schedule resources efficiently
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build rapport with drivers and customers
- Proficient with general office and software skills such as MS Office, efficiently manage email, text messages and dispatching software with training.
- Proficient with using scanning and other hand-held devices with training.
- Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to get in and out of vehicles repeatedly
- Must be able to successfully pass a motor vehicle history check, background check and drug test
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, discuss hours with hiring manager.
Pay: $35,000-$40,000 per year plus potential for monthly bonus based on experience, plus Health, Dental and Life insurance with United Healthcare
