Job description

CÉOR Bakery has an immediate opening for an experienced Dishwasher/Porter.

Current Shift window available:
must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift within this timeframe.
5AM - 11PM

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Wash baking tools and dough bowls, storage bins etc. as instructed.
• Clean & maintain production bakery machines , mixers and equipment.
• Clean/sanitize specialty baking trays as instructed to prevent damage.
• Wash pans, trays & dough tubs based on assigned procedures.
• Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation throughout facility.
• Ensure compliance with outlined work safety procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop bakery & facility floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Power-wash proofer, floor mats, and facility floors & equipment as necessary.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, ovens and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hose out garbage cans.
• Clean bathrooms, break rooms, common areas and offices as instructed.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to follow directions, stay organized, use checklists to complete work.
• Comfortable working with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
• Comfortable standing on your feet
• Comfortable picking up 50 pounds
• Follow all manufacturing Food Safety programs, GMPs and HACCP Policies
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
• Serv-Safe certificate preferred.
• Must be vaccinated (Due to the fact that we are a food production facility and social distancing is sometimes difficult, we require that all applicants & employees are fully vaccinated before working at our facility for the safety of our team, vendors and customers.)

Full Time Position available$17 - $20 per hour DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
