DISHWASHER/PORTER
Job description
CÉOR Bakery has an immediate opening for an experienced Dishwasher/Porter.
Current Shift window available:
must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift within this timeframe.
5AM - 11PM
Job duties include but not limited to:
- Wash baking tools and dough bowls, storage bins etc. as instructed.
- Clean & maintain production bakery machines , mixers and equipment.
- Clean/sanitize specialty baking trays as instructed to prevent damage.
- Wash pans, trays & dough tubs based on assigned procedures.
- Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation throughout facility.
- Ensure compliance with outlined work safety procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
- Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
- Sweep and mop bakery & facility floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Power-wash proofer, floor mats, and facility floors & equipment as necessary.
- Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, ovens and other food prep surfaces.
- Remove trash and dispose of it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hose out garbage cans.
- Clean bathrooms, break rooms, common areas and offices as instructed.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help load and unload supplies and product inventory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to follow directions, stay organized, use checklists to complete work.
- Comfortable working with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain a clean and healthy work environment, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
- Comfortable standing on your feet
- Comfortable picking up 50 pounds
- Follow all manufacturing Food Safety programs, GMPs and HACCP Policies
- MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY
- Serv-Safe certificate preferred.
- Must be vaccinated (Due to the fact that we are a food production facility and social distancing is sometimes difficult, we require that all applicants & employees are fully vaccinated before working at our facility for the safety of our team, vendors and customers.)
Full Time Position available$17 - $20 per hour DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
