As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation and setup of food service areas - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or customers - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food items - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic culinary terminology and food handling procedures is an asset - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or plates when necessary - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required If you are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and thrive in a dynamic hospitality setting, we would love to hear from you.
