- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash pots, pans, and other cooking tools
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Maintain inventory of clean dishes and utensils
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills:
- Banquet experience is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations
- Willingness to help out in other areas of the culinary team as needed
- Knowledge of bussing and cleaning tables in a restaurant setting

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 12 per week
