Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your main duties will include washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment, as well as assisting with basic food preparation tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the culinary industry and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

- Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or cutting fruits

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors

- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste according to established procedures

- Assist the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment is preferred

- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food handling procedures is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
