Standing for extended periods of time.
· Clean and sanitize dishes as necessary, and then put them away in order. Stack dishes on same size dishes.
· Being tolerant of heat
· Communication with other members of the kitchen to see what is needed.
· Awareness of where dishes go, stacking like plates, and replenishing quickly and efficiently

· Take trash to dumpster as needed though the night. Remove all trash to dumpster at the end of the night
· Flatten cardboard and put in the cardboard dumpster
· Maintain cleanliness of area
· Light cleaning
· Scrapping dishes completely before running though the dishwasher
· Sweeping your area clean several times throughout your shift to make sure you are keeping your area as clean as possible.
· Mopping at the end of the night, insuring that you are getting underneath all machines, and under ice machine
· Monitor chemical levels on dish machine and chemical dispensers, replace as needed.
· Telling management in a timely fashion if we are running low or out of something. Also, if something is broken or needs to be fixed.
· Reaching over 5 feet for plate ware
· Ability to use knife safely and knowledgably
