Mr. Tuna, the east coast's first sushi food truck turned brick-and-mortar, offers high-quality sustainable fish in a NEW petite location opening April/May, featuring a sushi-counter, seasonal outdoor seating, and a distinct beverage program focusing on sakes and curated cocktails. Job Responsibilities

• Clean and organize all restaurant service pieces and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food/ensuring correct storage
• Keep station neat, clean, and organized at all times
• Contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications/Experience

• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended period (up to 10 hours)
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
