- Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
- Hand-wash and scrub dishes as necessary
- Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly sorted and stored
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, and refrigerators
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters, and taking out the trash
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
