Our organization is seeking a Dishwasher/food runner to join our team in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate is a personable and hard working individual with experience in the food/restaurant industry, who is also detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who can hold themselves and others accountable for achieving results.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Perform periodic food safety inspections and document results in logs.
- Wash, dry, and store dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, and other dining establishment equipment.
- Remove trash from the dining establishment.
- Wash dishes.
- Clean dining establishment floors and other surfaces with non-toxic detergent or cleaner.
- Use an infrared thermometer to determine appropriate heat for dishes.
- Clean workstation as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
