Overall responsibility for Peri-Op services including OR, PACU, Pre-Op, Anesthesia, Endoscopy and Central Service for Trios Health System. Works collaboratively with Family Birthing Center Director in oversight of the Operating Rooms on the Auburn Campus. Responsible for hiring, orienting, and monitoring the performance of the staff assigned to these departments. Directs the scheduling and provision of perioperative patient care, provides surgical assistants and surgical equipment as requested while assuring the effective utilization of personnel, equipment and supplies. Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college (Required), Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred and required to start working on Bachelor’s within 1 year of hire.), Master's Degree (Preferred)
Licenses/Certifications: BLS (Required), CNOR (Preferred), WA State RN License (Required)
Salary Range: $51.69 ($107,515.20/Year) - $73.44 ($152,755.20/Year)
