Job Description Summary:

The Boeing Company is looking for a Director - Supply Chain GFO North America West & EMEA. This leader is set to join the team located in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Category leaders to integrate, align, establish, and maintain manufacturing strategies, standards, and priorities for The Boeing Company Drive Supplier performance and total recovery efforts to eliminate risk to Boeing Production Systems.
• Lead Integration for Global Field Operations team while leading the North America West (NAW) and Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) regions.
• Lead the Supplier of Concern (SOC) process to achieve recovery across Supply Chain.
• Serve as the BCA focal for Global Field Operations.
• Provide rapid analysis, options and recommendations regarding the manufacturing domain for Boeing leaders.
• Collaborate with Boeing International, Strategy, and Supply Chain to support Boeing's global growth strategy.
• Drive recovery best practices across Supply Chain organization.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Category leaders and Supply Chain Strategy teams to integrate manufacturing strategies into the company's Category Management strategies.
• Support process improvements to implement MBSE, APQP, and design for manufacturing.
• Support Lean Momentum use to achieve Operational Excellence at our suppliers.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal or external supply chain
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a matrix team and working across business units
• Minimum 5 years of experience with program management and supply chain best practices
• Minimum 3 years of experience Manufacturing/Operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and industrial engineering
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and integrity with internal and external stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with leaders effectively and with influence across business units, programs and functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Production system experience
• Manufacturing/Operations experience
• Collaborative and strategic with multiple stakeholders and lead a cross functional team
• Proven ability to execute on commitments
• Externally focused, forward looking perspective.
• Keen insights from industry best practices and application One Boeing mindset, demonstrating both the behaviors and values
• Lean Manufacturing experience

Summary pay range: $190,000 - $250,000
