What You Will Do

We are looking for someone to lead the Beecher’s Supply Chain team, ensuring operational excellence while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. You will build, own, and foster long-term relationships with co-manufacturers, 3PLs - driving accountability, negotiating terms, and ensuring QA standards are upheld. You will manage the Supply Chain including inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationships. You will refine and strengthen our forecast and inventory management process and tools. Partner with IT to source and implement new systems and implement cost control measures while maintaining quality and service levels.
It will be imperative to utilize experienced negotiation skills in dealings with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and maintain healthy business relationships.

Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic leader for our Beecher’s Supply Chain Operations team. We need a low ego executer who is excited to roll up their sleeves to solve complex problems in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Someone who is equally comfortable with big picture planning and the small details of tactical execution. Your strong planning, project management, and execution skills along with your ability to build and manage complex processes will be instrumental for success in this results-oriented environment. You should possess strong business acumen with demonstrated understanding of the financial aspects of operations and Supply Chain, and what levers to pull to drive change.
You have 8+ years’ experience in Operations management within the CPG industry, with a significant portion in a start up environment with a robust understanding of perishable Inventory Management and Food Safety practices

Benefits

At Sugar Mountain, we provide competitive compensation and benefits. The starting salary range for this position is between $130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We pay 100% of your medical, dental, vision, and life insurance premiums. Additionally, we offer paid time-off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
