Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director of Strategic Resource will work closely with revenue cycle departments to develop, implement, and monitor process automation and Strategic Resources initiatives for Parallon operations. This position will work closely with Parallon leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and IT&S to develop business cases and requirements for automation and strategic resourcing opportunities that will maintain or improve current standards while reducing cost. This position will be the primary communication contact for the business on all automation and strategic resourcing projects, and has significant interaction with SSC and Parallon leadership including CEO’s, COO’s, VP’s, AVPs, and Directors.

In this role you will:

  • Actively collaborating with representatives from IT&S, Project Services, Business Performance Group Subject Matter Experts, Shared Service Center Leadership, Client Leadership and Staff.
  • Performing a detailed assessment of current practices and business needs.
  • Key communications contact for all revenue cycle automation processes and task transition projects.
  • Monitor and maintain business rules for all automation processes and strategic resourcing projects.
  • Ensuring education occurs and actively engaging in on-on-one training as needed.
  • Create and maintain reporting reflecting accuracy and timeliness of processes.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Create process flows and policies and procedures for operations as needed.
  • Escalate issues and risks to the AVP.
  • Overseeing the user system access validation.
  • Actively participating in the testing processes.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate design sessions and operational review meetings with SSC leaders, focusing on overall issue resolution and Process Improvement.
  • Work closely with Internal Audit to refine test plans for operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other comparable Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects and programs to successful completion, preferably revenue cycle shared services environment
  • Healthcare revenue cycle management experience required.
  • Experience with Process Improvement is required.
  • Automation experience is preferred
  • UIPath experience is preferred
