The F1-Networks Frontline IT Technician is the first point of contact for our end-users, providing IT Service Desk and Helpdesk support. This role works to diagnose and resolve technical issues, log incidents, provide onsite field support in the San Diego, CA metro area, and educate users on technology best practices. This role is also a stepping stone to several IT career paths within F1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide rapid, process based, user support for technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve issues or escalate to specialist resources as needed
- Document issues and solutions
- Provide field support and collaborate with IT Engineering team
- Educate users on technology usage
- ~50% Work from Home, ~50% Work from local offices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IT troubleshooting experience
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking basics
- Cybersecurity awareness
- Time management and documentation abilities
Related Certifications:
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+), CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
- HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR)

Pay: $73,657.00 - $87,894.00 per year
