Our Director of Revenue Enablement will lead initiatives that bolster our sales preparedness around the linear and CTV industry. This role aims to develop our sales reps into consultative partners for our prospects, drive coordinated sales and marketing campaigns, and oversee our competitive intelligence program. This is a critical role in helping shape and oversee Simulmedia's product strategy and execution by quarterbacking key revenue-generating opportunities across product, sales, and marketing, developing customized sales collateral and interactive training programs to develop confidence, build tools to accelerate the sales cycle or grow our pool of marketing qualified leads, close the feedback loop around our messaging, positioning, and g2m strategy, and encourage usage of enablement assets and manage the overall relationship between Product and the Sales and Marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
• Align with broader Marketing and Sales teams on the execution of sales and marketing strategies and initiatives to meet sales and marketing objectives & KPIs.
• Help drive innovation and best-in-class execution across sales and marketing channels and continually define what success means as the company and business evolve.
• Support Simulmedia's event presence at hosted events and industry conferences through asset creation and attendee preparation.
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership to identify top prospects to support Target Account List (TAL) and Account-Based Marketing and Sales (ABMS) campaigns.
• Work with the Sales Development Team on crucial campaigns and custom decks to ensure tight alignment in process and a seamless handoff across marketing and sales.
• Build out the narratives of persona- and vertical-specific decks, and train the sales team on delivering these new storylines correctly
• Own the sales training and enablement program, fostering a culture of continuous learning and building out the program with interactive elements (quizzes, etc.) and roleplays to ensure mastery of industry dynamics and Simulmedia positioning
• Work one-on-one with individual sales reps to help them develop confidence and address any areas of weakness
• Own the competitive intelligence program and ensure that Battle Cards maintenance and a training program to ensure sales masters how to best position Simulmedia against major competitive segments
• Track, monitor, and quantify critical metrics that baseline and measure the outcomes delivered by the Enablement program
• Attend and collaborate in onsite, in-person meetings on a regular daily basis
Qualifications:
• 6+ years experience in B2B product marketing or Revenue Enablement across channels
• Knowledge of the TV advertising space, preferably with experience at a streaming provider or related tech platform or a TV media buying agency/in-house advertising team
• 6+ years experience running sales training programs or marketing campaigns' cross-functional coordination
• Creativity in both problem-solving and execution
• Knowledge of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, SEMRush, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platforms a plus
• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar fields preferred
We're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
