GENERAL OVERVIEW:

The Director of Revenue will play a critical role in implementing strategy to generate, maintain, and increase revenue.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop, implement, maintain, and champion all sales strategies.
- Own the B2B and B2C sales pipeline.
- Oversee, support, and provide guidance to the membership sales team.
- Continuously monitor and own club revenue targets. Proactively identifying deficiencies and areas of opportunity.
- Align sales, marketing, customer support processes to meet and exceed expectations.
- Establish methods to forecast demands and market conditions.
- Identify opportunities to expand and optimize revenue activities.
- Prepare and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc business reports for leadership. Own all revenue based KPIs.
- Collaborate with leadership on revenue obstacles and provide recommendations for addressing.
- Help define and prioritize initiatives that support sales strategies.
- Partner with General Managers on ensuring club teams have the tools, resources, and knowledge to support sales strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales management / membership, ideally within the luxury or hospitality space.
- Proven track record of building and implementing sales strategies across B2B and B2C
- Strong understanding of revenue principles, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate.
- A team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones.
- Experience working in a high growth organization.
- Strategic and data driven mindset with the ability to think proactively.
- A passionate sales professional and tenured experience leading revenue teams.
- 8+ years of experience succeeding in oversight of revenue function.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
