Job Summary:

The Director, Program Management at Richardson reports directly to the CPO and plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting large-scale projects, fostering innovation, and ensuring the alignment of initiatives across digital and non-digital teams. This dynamic role involves providing the necessary processes, structures, and tools for successful program and project management, as well as driving operational efficiency, policy formulation, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Leadership:
    • Lead and support large-scale projects with proactive and innovative solutions to address business challenges and achieve organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Program and Project Management:
    • Provide robust processes, structures, and tools for managing individual programs and projects across product lines and business units.
    • Implement agile and scalable development practices to streamline project execution.
  • Synergy and Infrastructure Development:
    • Seek out synergies across the organization's businesses and establish shared infrastructures, common systems, and technology utilization to enhance business processes.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Facilitate the establishment of timelines, dashboards, and financial benchmarks for initiatives, keeping executive leaders informed of progress and potential red flags.
    • Oversee monthly goal tracking and the development of quarterly/annual communications.
  • Organizational Alignment:
    • Ensure organizational alignment in the design and execution of initiatives across digital and non-digital teams.
    • Work directly across multiple stakeholder types with various cultural and organizational backgrounds.
  • Operational Efficiency and Growth:
    • Improve operational efficiency and formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth.
    • Manage day-to-day operational details to ensure effective information flow and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as a lead for cross-department communications, data analytics, and reporting.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in digital Program Management, project management, or operations.
  • Proven experience in leading, evaluating, and improving digital operations, including familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in launching software products/features.
  • Dynamic, innovative leader accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder types and backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong EQ and the ability to partner with various constituents.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on emerging trends, technology, and features.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starting personality with problem-solving and creative solution development skills.
