An independent title company affiliated with a large real estate brokerage firm is seeking a well-rounded individual to manage and maintain branch operations growth and production.
Responsibilities
• Develop strategies to profitably grow market share.
• Evaluate the performance of branches and partners.
• Underwrite and type commitments, policies, and endorsements according to agency goals.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries requesting status, rate quotes, title defects, clearing exceptions, or general information.
• Produce daily and monthly reports.
• Cooperate and collaborate with the marketing team to maximize agency profitability and effectiveness.
• Communicate with attorneys and staff on orders.
• Assemble policies, commitments, and endorsements for mailing and emailing.
• Prepare CPLs with accuracy.
• Monthly remittances.
Qualifications
• Ability to work well with others, meet deadlines, organize workload, and maintain accurate files.
• Licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of underwriting experience.
