Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital
Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Full-time, Mon – Fri; daytime hours, no weekends
Pay: Negotiable salary around $125k plus full benefits, performance bonus incentives, and a sign-on bonus!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Director leads the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. The Director Surgical Services has 24/7 responsibility for their departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN required, MSN preferred
-Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas
-3 years of experience in a leadership role preferred
-Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
-Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred
