What We Are Looking For

• Someone to oversee all of Supply Chain, including but not limited to, Purchasing, Logistics and Fleet.
• Someone who will be accountable for all Supply Chain responsibilities including understanding the logistics, distribution, purchasing and procurement, manufacturing, marketing, and inventory management of the Supply Chain department that supports projects in 5+ states.
• Someone who can lead Supply Chain strategy and operational planning by fostering innovation, setting priorities among initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future systems across the organization.
• Someone who can manage all financials for the department including managing team budgets, ROI calculations and job cost financials.
• Someone who can collaborate with leaders and peers within all departments to develop creative solutions to problems.
• Someone who can stay ahead of current trends and industry-specific advances and incorporate changes into the organization as needed.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or electrical distribution experience.
• Someone with 5+ years of leadership experience that has the ability to manage & direct the Supply Chain team including hiring, training, and providing meaningful, effective feedback.

• Total compensation package $100-$150/yr DOE
