SalaryTitle : Director of Student-Athlete Operations – Utah Crimson Collective
Duties : The Director of Student-Athlete Operations is the main point of contact for all the University of Utah student-athletes who are contracted with the collective. This role will oversee all NIL contracts, monthly engagements, payments, and reporting to student-athletes.
As well the role will be responsible for the following:
- Student-Athlete Engagements:
- Plan, attend, and manage engaging events in the community to promote the collective and attract new supporters with the student-athletes.
- Plan and allocate the contracted number of hours each month for each student-athlete to fulfill their contract.
- Student-Athlete Operations:
- Onboard and sign up student-athletes for the collective back-end app platform so that they may opt into NIL deals.
- Ensure all data collection occurs for the student-athletes to ensure they can receive payment for NIL activities.
- Manage monthly contracts, engagements, and payments to student-athletes monthly.
- Operate our automated app-based platform to manage payments and monthly contracts.
- Reconcile all obligations with the funds necessary to maintain on-time payments to the student-battles after each engagement.
- Student-Athlete Customer Service:
- Offer 24/7 service while managing expectations with the student-athletes, the advisory board, key community supporters, brands, businesses, and the compliance office.
