Director of Sales Enablement

accessiBe is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales Training & Enablement to join our Sales team. The Director of Sales Training & Enablement will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Sales enablement programs and strategies to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to achieve and exceed their sales targets. This role is instrumental in optimizing the performance of our sales organization and contributing to the company's continued growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build a comprehensive onboarding program designed to integrate and empower new sales employees.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the internal knowledge base of the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in product details and sales strategies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for sales processes and strategies, providing a standardized framework for the sales team.
  • Keep the sales team up-to-date with market updates, best practices, tools, and knowledge to enhance their ability to effectively sell, including insights into clients and the company's value proposition.
  • Develop and implement processes for evaluating and training individual team members. This includes conducting performance reviews and creating personalized development plans.
  • Document and communicate systems processes and expectations to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales team.

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $170,000-$200,000 base (250K OTE), and this will based on your experience and skill sets.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years in a Senior/Managerial Sales Training or Enablement Role.
  • Proven experience in SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience with performance evaluations and individualized training plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales processes and systems.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
