Director Of Sales & Marketing - Edina - Senior Living

Walker Methodist Care Suites, part of the award-winning Walker Methodist family of communities, seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales and marketing strategies of the Campus. Sales duties include: achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy, maintain an active Neighbors on Deck program (wait list), building relationships with prospects and nurturing through defined sales process, referral development, achieving and exceeding sales conversion goals and managing the sales database. Marketing duties include: developing and implementing the annual marketing plan. A reflection of Walker Methodist and the company’s mission, vision, values, proven sales success, customer service excellence, and being a positive team member are core qualities of success.

Walker Methodist Care Suites provides 72 apartments offering expert care and services to residents. We serve individuals who need higher levels of assisted living and we are specifically designed to provide around-the-clock continuous care for long-term residents.

Salary range: up to $72K annually, with powerful commission plan

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration with Sales and Marketing Specialization, Communications, Health Care or related
• Minimum of three years of Sales experience
• Experience in assisted living setting required
• Finesse in sales systems and understanding the different styles of selling
• Proven success in building positive relationships and an environment of trust
• Genuine interest in interaction with older adults and their families
• Self-motivated, driven, highly innovative and growth-focused attitude
• Personal passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external customers
• Strong computer skills
