• Act as the face of Level Up REI, engaging directly with off-market sellers to negotiate and extend purchase offers on their properties on behalf of our company
• Take ownership of the impact you have on sellers, aiming to create positive outcomes and meaningful improvements in their lives through each interaction
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals
• Establish trust and build strong relationships with sellers, leveraging your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure contracts
• Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible
• Master our proven sales process through dedication to continuous learning and adherence to best practices in sales strategies
• Participate actively in daily training sessions and commit to ongoing personal and professional development to enhance your sales proficiency and contribute to our culture of excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
• Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
• +1 years of experience as a Real Estate specialist in Real Estate Acquisitions, land acquisition, or Real Estate sales is highly desired
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• 2+ years of B2C selling minimum (if no Real Estate experience)
