As the Director of Quality, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence. Your role will involve spearheading the development and implementation of Quality assurance policies and programs. From planning to execution, you'll lead interdisciplinary teams in addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do in this role? You'll develop our QA personnel, ensuring that our manufacturing processes consistently deliver top-notch quality. Collaborating closely with engineering and production teams, you'll oversee the implementation of new quality standards and audit procedures to maintain our AS9100 certification. Your expertise in data analysis and statistical methods, such as 6 Sigma, will be invaluable as you lead initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably with a Master's degree and 5+ years of managerial experience. Experience with military, aerospace, or automotive standards is essential, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. If you have experience working with energy storage systems or power electronic product lines, that's a definite plus!
