We are seeking a talented and dynamic IT Director with a strong background and experience in cyber security who can direct and manage the company’s IT infrastructure. Must be a leader in cyber security initiatives, ensuring that the company’s systems, networks, and data are protected from potential internal and external threats. This includes developing and implementing a robust cyber security strategy, conducting regular security assessments, and driving continuous improvements in the company’s cyber security posture. Will be responsible to develop and manage a team of IT professionals providing direction and support to ensure that they have the necessary resources, training, and skills to perform their roles effectively in developing and implementing IT strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives. Duties also include planning and monitoring expenditures related to IT infrastructure, software, and security and well as being responsible for identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions to meet the company’s IT needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology
- At least 8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on cyber security
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies, managing IT teams, and overseeing IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security best practices, tools and technologies, including networking security, encryption, intrusion detection, and incident response
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
