We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Purchasing and Warehouse Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and Warehouse Management functions of our organization.
What you will do:
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs
• Manage the procurement process from sourcing to delivery of goods and services
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
• Oversee the Warehouse Management function, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement Warehouse Management strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs
• Manage and develop a team of Purchasing and warehouse professionals

Requirements
What we require:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required, in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in purchasing and Warehouse Management is a must
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and develop a team of professionals
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements related to purchasing and Warehouse Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
