Role Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of Property Management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Track record of success in managing properties and exceeding financial targets.
• Inspiring leadership skills, driving team motivation and achievement.
• Stellar communication abilities, fostering relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in Property Management software and tools.
• Preferred certifications such as CPM or RPA.
