The company is actively evolving its platform and product offerings and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the Product Team and set the strategic direction for the platform.
The Director of Product management will play a pivotal role in the organization, set a product strategy, lead the Product Team, and ensure that the roadmap achieves the corporate objectives, helps company scale, and delivers value to our customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Roadmap

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for our product solutions, which are a combination of internal enterprise systems built for internal clinical team efficiencies and go-to-market for cloud-based products.
• Delivering outcomes for the virtuoso triangle of patient care, strong product brand within customer base and commercial success for the organization.
• Engaging leadership on the strategic development of an outcome-oriented roadmap and new revenue streams.

2. Execution and outcomes

• Long and short-term roadmap planning via market analysis and engagement of all key stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and industry experts.
• Manage and continuously improve the current product life cycle process to scale the organization and achieve short- to long-term objectives.
• Refinement and achievement of ROI, Product and user KPIs, success measures

3. Team Development and Productivity

• Goal setting, plan career progression, and developing the current product, UX design team members in US and offshore.
• Develop and execute the plan to continuously improve the productivity and impact of the team, informed via KPIs, OKRs

4. Support the Rhythm organization

• Care for, build and maintain an excellent relationship with internal users, and stakeholders, including executive leadership team.
• Evangelize the product and enable cross-functional teams on product.
• Support the sales, marketing, and clinical services efforts in product conversations and branding.

Experience:

• 7 years in software Product Management in the healthcare space
• 3 years of building solutions for internal team efficiencies and go-to-market platforms
• 3 years in leadership role with responsibility for strategic direction, team development and product life cycle management (PLM)
• 3 years of Product, user analytics, and data informed decisions
• Proven understanding of the clinical environment of providers
• Proven ability for market analysis and segmentation, customer advisory boards
• Business case development
• Proven collaboration with non-product or tech savvy, cross-functional teams
• Executive / investor level presentation and communication
• AI/Data Science experience is a plus
