Director Of Product Management

The Director of Product Management will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and development of new credit products. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing product strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Product Implementation: Oversee and direct the design and implementation of new credit products, including but not limited to Sponsor Bank Integration and Core Processor Integration
• Product Strategy: Develop and guide the overall strategy of the products
• Product Roadmap and Project Plan: Maintain and update and overall product roadmap, outlining key deliverables and features with projected dates and actions required
• Analytics: Drive product performance through the development of analytics packages
• Collaboration: Work with senior management, other company employees, and 3rd parties to ensure a smooth product release and ongoing process

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of unsecured credit products, additional product experience (secured products, installment loans, BNPL, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Subprime experience is a strong plus
• People management experience is a plus
• Experience developing a branch training and rollout process is a plus

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. MBA is a plus
• 5-7 years of Product Management experience

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Occasionally may require light lifting up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment:

• Office environment.
• Occasional travel may be required.
