In conjunction with the Administrator, plans, organizes, communicates, staffs, controls and leads the Private Duty Staff to achieve results in providing excellent client care, and good employee relations. Assists Administrator and/or corporate Staff Development Team with policy development, strategic planning and problem solving. Monitor activities within the Private Duty Staff to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Provide orientation to new Private Duty employees and assists with hiring new personnel as needed. Monitor progress on survey compliance issues with DON and when deficiencies are noted assists in timely correction. Responsible and accountable for the supervision and administration of the Private Duty staff and the sales and marketing of the service.
