We are currently looking for a Program Director (Re-entry)with a passion for human services. What you'll do
As the Program Director you will be responsible for the management and operational success of the residential reentry center (RRC). You will help the Center to meet or exceed the expectations of the contracting agency (The Federal Bureau of Prisons) by delivering high quality, high impact services and by ensuring that the program and treatment services operate in accordance with applicable law, regulations, contract requirement and Pioneer Human Services policies. You as the Director you will be responsible for the center is a clean, safe, efficient and fiscally sound. You will have supervisor duties.  

What you'll bring 

(Any equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable) 

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or corrections field
  • 3 yrs. of progressive supervisory and management experience in the behavioral health, substance use, and/or human services fields.
  • 3 yrs. Experience working with vulnerable population.
  • Experience with program budgets and forecasting.
  • Experience providing services for people from diverse cultural backgrounds

  

Preferably you'll bring 

  • Graduate degree preferred in appropriate field.

  

Other Requirements: 

  • Must pass and maintain required background clearance as required by contractor.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire
