Job Description
As the Director of Operations for our award-winning, fast-casual lobster shack brand, you will be responsible for overseeing a region of 7+ units across the country, building and leading a skilled management team with a focus on diversity and inclusion, analyzing financial performance, and creating a best-in-class guest experience while championing the company's core values. You will work as part of a close-knit Operations department based in NYC and travel up to 50% of the time.
How You Will Contribute:
- Overseeing a region of 7+ units across the country and building a skilled and dynamic management team for your region with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Leading by example to create a best-in-class guest experience by actively working alongside your teams on the line when visiting your locations.
- Utilizing your deep financial acumen to analyze your region’s results and discover opportunities in all financial categories.
- Championing the company’s core values of Taste, Transparency, and Purpose and helping achieve the goal of becoming the world’s most respected seafood brand.
- Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll, and inventory.
- Communicating with your teams and reporting on their results on a daily basis.
- Utilizing your exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicating our mission of serving sustainable, traceable seafood.

What You Will Receive:
- Competitive salary of $100K-110K DOE
- Bonus potential up to 15-20% of base salary

What We Seek:
- 3+ years experience managing multiple restaurant units (ideally 7+ locations)
- Confidence in training, development, and on-the-job coaching
- Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGs
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable items
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to jump into the field every day- not interested in a desk job
- Experience managing multi-unit managers
