Qualifications
- Need to have worked an ERP-driven environment
- Has steel manufacturing experience
- Has strong operational + profitability leadership and oversight experience
- Experience effectively working with primarily-Hispanic work force
- Comfortable with compensation tied to business performance
- Experience making a vision come to life
- Experience building and effectively managing a budget
