Director Of Operations

Job Overview:
The Director of Operations will oversee the operational framework of our Real Estate Fix & Flip and wholesaling business, focusing on optimizing deal flow, enhancing investor relations, and ensuring the seamless execution of property acquisitions and dispositions. This role demands a strategic leader who can efficiently manage operational processes, lead a dynamic team, and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.

Duties:

• Operational Strategy and Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee strategic operational plans to meet the company’s objectives, with a focus on scaling the wholesaling business.
• Deal Management: Streamline processes for property acquisition, due diligence, and disposition to ensure rapid turnover and maximize profitability. Implement systems to track and manage inventory efficiently.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor the operations team to achieve excellence. Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and alignment with the company’s goals.
• Investor and Buyer Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with investors and buyers. Develop strategies to expand the investor/buyer pool to ensure a swift property disposition process.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and implement cost-control measures. Ensure transparency and efficiency in financial operations.
• Process Optimization: Continually assess and optimize operational workflows, systems, and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the wholesaling process.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Performance Measurement: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency, deal throughput, and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in leading operations, team management, and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, with a focus on wholesaling strategies and trends.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in using real estate management software and tools.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
