Director Of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our tech start up team. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring grant management and reporting deadlines, efficiency, and productivity. This is a senior leadership position that requires experience with financial budgets and spreadsheets, Quickbooks, federal grant management, strategic thinking, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, including project planning and management, logistics, and meeting organization and management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, Native Nations, and partners
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion
- Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure compliance and profitability
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $39.41 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
