Director of Nursing Home Healthcare

We are seeking a Director of Nursing Home Healthcare to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Directing the program, including implementing new policies and procedures when necessary.

  Maintaining high standards of care.

  Overseeing hiring, firing, and development of field staff.

  Communicating with families, clients, and physicians as needed.

  Creating client service plans and ensuring they are followed.

  Ensuring the agency is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations at 2 locations. Florida and New York.

  Remote oversight and company development in Florida. Communicating with Florida staff and assist with opening cases remotely.

Qualifications:

• Graduated accredited nursing program.

  LPN/RN license. And all required certifications for valid license.

  Minimum 2 years of industry experience.

  Genuine love for the job you do.

  Continual education to be at forefront of industry changes.
