Director of Nursing

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. ```Duties```
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and appropriate skill mix
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of Nursing care provided
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate medical records and documentation
- Develop and implement care plans based on individual patient needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $72,804.23 - $90,000.00 per year
