Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Promotion: Elevate our brand by effectively communicating our commitment to exceptional care and our unique approach to senior living. Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Digital Presence: Oversee the development and management of our online presence, including social media platforms, website, and digital advertising. Utilize your expertise to optimize conversion rates and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Foster partnerships with local organizations and referral sources to drive referrals and build a strong network within the community.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, with a remarkable track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Experience as a senior living marketer, is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, rooted in empathy.
