Director Of Marketing

Director of Marketing is responsible for establishing & implementing strategic and tactical communications designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demands. This position will also design and lead a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing department that builds brand awareness and reputation, provides a steady flow of sales leads, and measures the return on marketing program investments.

What You'll Do

• Develop a cohesive marketing strategy to attract and engage both B2B and B2C prospects and drive conversions
• Oversee all aspects of the marketing mix, including digital marketing, collateral creation, content strategy, SEO, customer acquisition, and more
• Shape and influence the visibility of the IWP brand and its voice within in-person and virtual event settings
• Lead the development and management of the overall brand portfolio
• Manage public relations and media to shape the Company narrative and reputation
• Creatively drive and measure ROI, attribution, and overall growth goals
• Conduct research to continuously assess and expand customer personas, segmentation, and develop material tailored throughout the relationship life cycle
• Conceive internal communications strategy to keep employees informed on important Company matters and boost engagement
• Develop and oversee yearly marketing budget

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong background working with external field sales, specifically selling a service rather than a product
• Exceptional understanding of the comprehensive marketing mix, including digital and direct efforts
• Certified in SEO and social media marketing tactics
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and successfully delegate responsibilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Understanding of workers’ compensation insurance and pharmacy landscape
• Experience using Salesforce.com CRM and HubSpot Inbound software
• Demonstrated ability to direct creative with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to act in a professional setting that sets the tone for others
• Experience in crisis management and media
• Ability to work effectively with staff, management, and constituents
