What you would do in this role:
- Develop Florida Center for Hormones and Wellness’ annual marketing strategy plan to coincide with that year’s annual sales revenue
- Create an annual budget of what is needed to implement the annual marketing strategy to present to the COO for approval
- Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
- Lead weekly Sales/Marketing meeting with COO and Director of Patient Services to share campaign specific results and ROI plus brainstorm ideas for improvement and new campaigns
- Work with Director of Patient Services to analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective.
- Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
- Manage the production of all marketing work both internally and with vendors using Asana
- Manage our social presence, build engagement, and develop relationships with key influencers to help us get our message out with our Social Media vendor
- Develop strategy, content and manage paid search and social campaigns with our Ads Manager vendor
- Develop strategy, content and manage follow up and other email marketing initiatives
- Support and manage our SEO vendor to ensure we continuously improve our search engine rankings
- Work with the team to promote and service our live events internally
- Think creatively, brainstorm and develop new content and approaches to increasing lead generation and conversion
- Work closely with the Patient Liaisons to ensure our message is on point with the needs of our patients and future patients
- Manage customer referral programs and drive traffic and conversion through all digital channels
- Encourage patient reviews on multiple platforms
- Deliver moments of delight to our patients
Here is what would you need to know to achieve these goals:
- Degree in Marketing or Communications, or commiserate experience
- 3 - 5 years of proven results as a marketing strategist
- Strong writing skills and enjoy crafting engaging messaging that POP
- Highly analytical and like playing with numbers (Your favorite acronym is ROI)
- Love software - either desktop or in the cloud, and knows how to push its limits to get what you want from it
- Eager to learn all aspects of bio-identical hormones (not sure what it is – look it up J) and other wellness practices
- Live a life of wellness and commitment to health (or at least try to)
- Passion about serving and understanding our patients
- Self-starter and comfortable driving projects
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask getting things right the first time
- If you have experience creating graphics and editing video, that is a plus
- Loves a team – especially an awesome one!
- Rolls easily with an ever-changing environment
- Extra bonus points if you have worked with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
